Transfer molding is a process in which the molding material is pressed into a preheated and sealed mold with a plunger before the material cures.
This method is suitable for manufacturing molds demanding higher dimensional accuracy and for encapsulating coil or motors. It is also used for the low pressure encapsulating molding (ENCAP molding) of electronic parts like semiconductors.
We have following transfer molding machines:
150 ton x 1,
100 ton x 4,
37 ton x 1
We manufacture thermoset plastics for heavy electrical equipment parts, electronic device parts, industrial instrument parts, medical instrument parts, car and rail vehicle parts, household appliance parts, power distribution equipment parts, high-strength molded products, precise molded parts, insulating parts, and insulators.
We are also highly proficient at conducting insert molding in tandem with compression molding. When stricter dimensional accuracy than that of compression molding is required, if there is a need for an intricately-shaped part that other companies have difficulty producing, we make every effort to meet our customers' needs.
